The moon is really something special tonight, as it starts out as a very pale pink ball, subtly surrounded by a soft mauve and pink sky, intermingling with the softest blue and pink sea.....
Gradually it becomes more defined and now it resembles a rich buttery yellow, as it etches itself onto a dark purple sky.
Slowly moving upwards, it gains brilliance and clarity, as the surrounding atmosphere mysteriously darkens into an inky, indigo black.
And now, in the valley below, the tiny sparkling lights of the village mirror the large glowing ball above, resembling tiny children hanging onto the a edge of their mother's skirt...
